Position SummaryIdeal candidate will have minimum 5 years of food service sales, preferably national. Culinary experience is a plus, but outside sales account management is required. Report to Executive Vice President.
Responsibilities- Establish relationships and consultative selling approach to key stakeholders of multi-unit chain restaurant professionals.
- Prospect and hunt for new business within defined territory of South Florida.
- Influence key decision-makers and develop trust with multi-unit restaurant chains.
- Maintain understanding of differentiators and competitive landscape.
- Develop creative solutions for restaurant chef/culinarians and on-site operators.
- Work closely with market leadership and cross-functional support teams to execute market penetration strategy.
- Update actions within CRM to understand performance.
- Manage pipeline and sales activity with accurate forecasting.
- Ability to prepare or learn how to properly cook food products and design menu combinations in support of selling cycle.
- Minimum 5 years food service experience.
- More than 3 years supporting National Accounts.
- Experience calling on key accounts, market prospecting, and sales pipeline management.

Daily travel in personal vehicle; clean record required.
- Typical work week Monday to Friday.
- During trade show season, stand extended periods and safely lift case goods up to 50 lbs.
