Supports merchandising in designated zones and maintains an active selling culture by ensuring visual aspects meet company standards;
Plans, in conjunction with the Zone Manager, transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets;
Oversees task management by planning/executing daily/weekly workload with the Zone Manager;
Participates in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions, stocks designated areas;
Supports store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention to operate profitably
