We are seeking dedicated employees to help provide the best customer experience at our DTLR stores. A Part-Time Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and performing daily store functions such as merchandising, sales, and store maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Displaying fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs
• Assisting with shipments, restocking, and pricing
• Providing energetic and positive customer interactions
• Following company policies and visual standards
• Maintaining an organized and neat store environment
• Supporting theft prevention efforts
• Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

• Preferred previous retail or customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Basic fashion trend knowledge and customer service desire

Physical requirements involve standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation is necessary.
