Restaurant Manager, Catering, Server/Wait Staff, Cook & Chef
Our high-volume restaurant is looking for a dynamic and flexible leader who can provide our diners with an exceptional experience. As a restaurant manager, you are responsible for creating a plan that maximizes our financial and operational goals. You will be able to recruit, hire, and train a staff who is passionate about delivering great customer service. The general manager needs to ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations.

• Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals
• Ensure the maximum guest satisfaction while dining in the restaurant
• Assures all products and services are consistent with company quality standards
• Coordinates and manages all areas of marketing and community activities, including planning and execution
• Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
Qualifications:
• Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets
• Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• This position requires 2-3 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the restaurant industry
