This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quality Control Technician based in Jackson, MS. The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring product quality during the manufacturing process. Daily tasks include conducting tests and inspections, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, implementing quality assurance protocols, and preparing detailed reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.

• Proficiency in Quality Control practices and Quality Assurance processes to ensure high product standards.
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and accurate interpretation of data.
• Hands-on Laboratory Skills including operating and maintaining Laboratory Equipment effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or precast concrete industries is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or certifications in related fields are preferred.
