Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatric Home Health Sign-On Bonus Opportunity! Eligible candidates may qualify for a $500 sign-on bonus as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be discussed early in the interview process.

Instead of juggling multiple patients and constant interruptions, you provide one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and deliver care with confidence and  this role, youll support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.

Requirements

Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License Physical from within three years

PPD or Chest X-Ray Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
Valid drivers license

G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
