In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

• Evaluate the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents.
• Review residents’ care plans, ensure plans are followed, and document resident medical records.
• Supervise the care provided by Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustments.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments.
• Consult with physicians.
• Receive and record orders as required.
