The MSC Supervisor will also ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety protocols.

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and workflow optimization
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Relevant experience in warehouse or production management is highly desirable
• Ability to work on-site in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools
• High school diploma required; additional education or certifications in production or management are a plus
