In this position, as an independent project manager in a medium-sized team, you provide operational management to the entire executive team and possibly subcontractors. During the construction process, you also maintain contacts with the client.

• Responsible for the financial monitoring and settlement of the projects.
• Supervises the executive staff, so that the staff is qualified to perform the work (e.g. by giving ……. (Toolbox) meetings).
• Responsible for the work planning and coordination for projects, so that the work is carried out according to the quality criteria and all EHSQ conditions and that the work is carried out according to the planning.
• Is accountable to the technical director. Is responsible for the entire implementation process from the takeover of the work preparation to the delivery.

• Education ….. construction or equivalent through work experience.
• Practical experience in implementation regarding finishing-related activities.
• Knowledge of MS-Office:
  Word, Excel and MS-Projects.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
