The Regional Campus Director In Training (RCDIT) works under the direction of a Regional Campus Director, with guidance from Vice Presidents and the Operations Team, and supports day-to-day operation at three to five campuses. The RCDIT assists in achieving campus-level operating goals while adhering to Ross policies and procedures to maintain compliance with Federal, State and accrediting agency requirements. This role involves collaboration with key corporate personnel to ensure compliance, positive outcomes, strong campus operations, and a healthy working environment for students, faculty and staff.

The RCDIT receives training and experiences that may lead to a job as a Regional Campus Director or other roles in Operations or within Ross.
