Preferred Qualifications

Typically requires 2-4 years of experience with 2-4 in semi-skilled work.

• Supervisory-level position accountable for directing and overseeing a variety of facility, grounds, and specialized trade workers and contractors in the maintenance, operation and repair of state facilities, equipment, and grounds.
• Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline.
• Supervision at this level also requires these employees to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.

• Typically requires 2-4 years of experience with 2-4 in semi-skilled work.
