Vertiv is hiring a Senior Project Manager within our Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) Project Execution Team. This highly visible role manages multiple data‑center customer projects and coordinates with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional customer service and on‑time delivery from order acknowledgement to equipment startup.

• Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to define and develop methods, procedures, and best practices; ensure enforcement on all projects.
• Define project scope, tasks, and develop execution plans with functional group leaders; coordinate with Order Management, production, logistics, contractors, services, and warranty groups.
• Track project status versus quality, schedule, and cost targets; document meeting notes, action items, and ensure completion.
• Enforce service and delivery execution, meeting contract requirements and customer expectations through cross‑functional management of project teams.
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans to resolve issues promptly and communicate to stakeholders.
• Monitor team schedules, coordinate activities on critical paths, and implement short‑term and long‑term resolutions.
• Build and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders (contractors, customers, suppliers).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional operational teams to deliver contract requirements and customer expectations.

• Associate, Bachelor’s, or Advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
• 3‑5 years of project‑management experience required.
• Previous construction project‑management experience preferred.
• Prior power distribution equipment experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, including effective meetings and presentations.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of construction, electrical, and mechanical contracting is a plus.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure and data‑center expertise (UPS, thermal, battery, monitoring) is a plus.
• Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, data‑center infrastructure, and commissioning processes is a plus.
