Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for the operational and strategic effectiveness of the teams and processes used for design and construction projects including new facilities, additions, and renovations.## Education & Experience
** Education and Experience

Required:

** Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years’ work experience in construction or architectural project management that includes at least three (3) years supervisory experience.
** Certifications, Licenses, or Registration

** Strong business acumen and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of individuals and functional areas. Skill in the use of computers and relevant software programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel). Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Demonstrated experience with contracts and budget management. Requires strong organizational skills and a high degree of motivation and interest in serving the needs of the organization.

** Responsibilities:
*** Plans, directs, and coordinates Planning, Design, and Construction operations, including overall oversight of multiple high-visibility and high complexity design and construction projects across multiple locations.
* Provides executive oversight of construction projects and scope. Works with leadership to identify project objectives and establish project parameters, budgets, deliverables, and deadlines.
* Collaborates with finance leadership to prepare and administer an annual budget; monitors expenditures, and assures adherence to established budgetary guidelines. Maximizes utilization of space and resources.
* Develops and implements short and long-range goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness; and implements improvements as required. Reports progress to organizational leaders.
