Location:

Madison, WI (Relocation to Madison, WI required and fully reimbursed).

Epic is looking for an exceptional attorney to join our legal team.

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas.
• Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks.
• Conduct depositions, prepare oral arguments, draft motions and briefs, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.

• JD with experience in risk‑mitigation counseling, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Attention to detail, creative mindset, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
