Key Responsibilities Support post-sales customer implementations by providing technical guidance focused on healthcare prior authorization workflows Conduct client-facing meetings and product demonstrations with stakeholders Act as a bridge between delivery teams, product, and engineering to translate customer requirements into scalable solutions
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 3+ years in a client-facing solution design role, with experience on projects greater than $1,000,000 ACV 5+ years of experience in technology consulting or solutions delivery, specifically in the prior authorization space Strong technical acumen in X12 and FHIR Proven ability to deliver in time-sensitive engagements and adapt to changing priorities
