Helpdesk Technician /Desktop Technician

ONSITE
Project Details:
- Provide help desk support for PC software, computer, and peripheral equipment at DMH Central Office.
- Configure, deploy, upgrade, and reimage PCs.
- Install and maintain operating system software.
- Assist in maintaining the local area network.
- Four-year degree in Computer Science, Data Processing, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications:

- Windows 10: 3+
- Windows 11: 3+
- Microsoft Office 365: 3+
- Network and hardware concepts: 3+
- Rational thinking and patience.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Proactive issue resolution.
- Familiarity with Agency's software.
- Knowledge of information systems, design, data collection, and database technology.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Background Check:
Standard Hire Right Package - Start Date:
ASAP - End Date: 1 year
- Hours:
40hrs./week, 8:00 am-4:30 pm (30 min lunch) or 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch) - On-site Only
