Stakeholders Program Management Data Migration Consultant

DescriptionThe Scope of Work should include the following:
- Requirements analysis, validation and stakeholder engagement.
- Existing equipment verification and reuse.
- Develop Project Plan, Schedule.
- Azure environment configuration and preparation.
- Installation and configuration of the MAX credential system for use by Mississippi (test and production).
- Support for all existing credentials (e.g., DLs, CDLs, IDs) issued by Mississippi, including Gun Permits and Sex Offender Registry cards.
- Integration with all existing supporting systems (e.g., identity verification, payment processing, reporting), including:
- AAMVA Interfaces (e.g., PDPS, SPEXS, SSOLV,)
- Federal Systems (e.g., NRII, Selective Service)
- State agency systems (e.g., MDHS, Courts, WFP)
- States SAP-based accounting system (i.e., MAGIC)
- Third‑party systems
- Integration with Idemia credential issuance processes for both over‑the‑counter and centralized credential issuance (in Canton, MS).
- Customization to support necessary differences in MS processes and procedures (all effort should be made to conform to methodology employed by MAX).
- Interface between Offender Watch (sex offender system – to be system of record for the Sex Offender Registry) and MAX to support Sex Offender Registry functions.
- Deliverables – operational base MAX system and final system for deployment.
- Data mapping.
- Secure data migration of all current customer data from existing system to MAX.
- Deliverables include Data Migration Results Summary and example record comparison.
- Unit Testing.
- User acceptance testing (UAT).
- Interface Testing with upstream and downstream systems.
- Deliverables include Unit Test Plans, UAT Plan and Interface Test Plans.
- Training for DSB staff and system administrators.
- Documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Setup in individual DL stations.
- Back‑Office Deployment.
- Deliverables include Deployment Readiness Assessment, Issues List & Status updates.
