Overview
MDHS SUCCESS PMO is seeking one Business Analyst (BA) to support the business area SME teams on the SUCCESS Project with the Design Development Integration (DDI) vendor. This role acts as the primary Business Analyst in support of defining requirements, managing work backlogs, setting work priorities, and overseeing IT development stages related to planning, design, testing, approval, and implementation of SUCCESS platform modules.
Responsibilities- Define requirements and manage work backlogs for SUCCESS platform modules.
- Set work priorities and oversee IT development stages from planning through implementation.
- Collaborate with business area SME teams and the DDI vendor to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Write user stories for testing and system validation; participate in testing, acceptance, and deployment activities.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in development, requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, product owner management, SDLC, and knowledge of project management processes.
- Advanced experience with requirements management and Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, KABAN, etc.).
- Experience with development and writing user stories for testing and system validation.
- Motivated team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Contract position based out of Jackson, MS.
Pay & Benefits- Pay range: $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
