Medical Device Engineer job at vTech Solution. Jackson, MS. Job Summary
This Helpdesk position requires 100% on-site work in Jackson, Mississippi. The successful candidate will provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues. A Bachelor's degree and prior experience are required. Relocation to Mississippi is necessary for those not already residing in the state.

Responsibilities- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and update helpdesk documentation.
- Respond to user requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experienced Non-manager level experience in a Helpdesk or related role.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).
- Experience with specific software or hardware relevant to the workplace.
- 100% on-site work is required; remote candidates will not be considered.
- Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Mississippi.
- 40 hours per week. Specific shift times will be discussed during the interview process.
