Social Worker – Travel Contract | Jackson, MS
13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shifts | 40 hrs/week
Alto Healthcare is seeking an experienced Social Worker Case Manager for a 13-week travel assignment at the state’s only Level 1 Trauma Center. The role covers all inpatient units with a daily caseload of ~15–20 patients, focusing on medical and some social discharges. You’ll work alongside a collaborative social work team and receive a 2-week orientation—never working solo.
Requirements:
• Active Mississippi LMSW or LCSW license
• 2 years Acute Care Case Management experience (large academic/Level 1 preferred)
• EPIC charting experience required
• BLS required
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemption only)
• 50-mile radius rule applies (local candidates accepted at local rate)
Schedule & Details:
• M–F, 8:00a–4:30p | No weekends | Holidays rotated as needed
• EMR: EPIC
• Fingerprinting required (remote or in-person prior to start)
