Position Overview
Real Estate Services Specialist Team Lead – 25 – Hinds County, MS.
Salary Range: $48,150.08 – $65,329.23 annually.
Responsibilities- Oversight of disposal of surplus right of way properties.
- Reading and analyzing ROW maps.
- Researching acquisition information.
- Collaborating with internal Right of Way sections (Title, Appraisal, Accounting, and District Coordinators).
- Collaborating with external MDOT District Offices, Legal Division, and Roadway Design Division.
- Reporting information to MDOT Asset Management and Financial Management Divisions.
- Communicating with any and all public inquiries concerning the sale of surplus right of way properties.
- Strong understanding of right of way disciplines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 10 years of right of way experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3–4+ years of related experience.
