Universal Banker Associate - Jackson, MS Universal Banker Associate - Full Time $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

The Universal Banker Associate provides first‑line, quality customer service through face‑to‑face performance of primary bank transactions. This position will also utilize communication opportunities to offer additional bank services and product offerings.

• Customer service skills for greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone, and at the drive‑thru.
• Cash handling experience, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and checks while balancing the cash drawer daily.
• Ability to open new deposit accounts and process ATM/night depository deposits.
• Sales skills to identify and initiate opportunities for promoting bank products.
• Attention to detail for processing and proofing daily transactions according to guidelines.
• Must be able to travel or be assigned to any branch location within the local market.

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Two years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a personal banker/customer service representative‑type role is strongly preferred.
