• Maximize Profitability:
  Expertly structure deals for maximum profitability and bankability while maintaining high PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) averages.
• Product Excellence:
  Present and sell a comprehensive menu of F&I products, including extended warranties, service contracts, and aftermarket items.
• Strategic Deal Structuring:
  Analyze credit profiles to determine the best financing options and maintain high penetration rates.
• Lender Management:
  Build and leverage relationships with captive and secondary lenders to secure aggressive approvals.
• Process Management:
  Transition customers seamlessly from Sales to Finance, ensuring a "Customer-First" mindset throughout.
• Funding & Compliance:
  Maintain low CIT (Contracts in Transit) by ensuring all deal jackets are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaboration:
  
  Act as a team player by working closely with the Sales Department to close deals and enhance the overall customer experience.

  Experience:
  
  3-5+ years of proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager within a dealership environment is required.
• Proven Closer:
  Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed product quotas and penetration targets.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) and finance platforms (Dealer track/Route One).
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and/or equivalent dealership management experience.
• Compliance:
  Must pass pre-employment screening, including a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
