Campaign Finance Officer – Hinds County, MS
Annual Salary: $43,509.31 – $48,000.00

Position:
Non‑State (X‑16)
Primary job responsibility is to oversee the filing of Campaign Finance reports filed with the Elections Division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receiving reports
- Coordinating with candidates and other election officials
- Developing and designing Campaign Finance documents
- Knowledge of Campaign Finance laws & Judicial Cannon 5
- Good organizational skills, ability to work with tight deadlines and time‑sensitive reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2‑4 years of experience.
