• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand client needs and goals.
• Develop tailored financial plans and investment strategies for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients regarding financial decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial planning.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
• Utilize financial software and tools to analyze data and generate reports.
• Participate in community outreach to promote financial literacy and Jackson Hewitt services.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Relevant financial advisor experience, ideally in a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
• Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and tax regulations.
• Possession of relevant licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 66) is a plus.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make sound recommendations.
• Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others achieve financial success.
