Hours per Week: Up to 40. This is an “as needed” position; advance notice will be provided for required work. The contractor may work another job concurrently.

• Participating in project scoping and technical requirements definition.
• Conducting site walkthroughs and attending design meetings.
• Assisting procurement staff with drafting technical specifications and evaluating proposals.
• Serving as subject matter expert for AV and cabling installations.
• Coordinating with vendors and construction managers during implementation.
• Supporting project closeout, testing, and documentation.

• Advanced knowledge of AV system design and integration.
• Intermediate experience with structured cabling (voice/data).
• Intermediate experience with construction project coordination.
• Intermediate experience with RFP technical writing and proposal evaluation.
• Intermediate ability to conduct site walkthroughs and produce technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 Suite.

• CTS, CTS-D, or equivalent certifications.
• Basic familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Revit.

• AV system design and integration – Advanced – Required – Commercial/government experience preferred
• Structured cabling (voice/data) – Intermediate – Required – Knowledge of low‑voltage cabling standards
• Construction project coordination – Intermediate – Required – Coordination with general contractors and trades
• RFP writing and proposal evaluation – Intermediate – Required – Assists procurement team
• Site walkthroughs and documentation – Intermediate – Required – Supports technical assessments during procurement
• Microsoft Office/365 – Intermediate – Required – For communication and reporting
• CTS, CTS-D, or similar certifications – SME – Preferred – Industry certification a plus
• AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Revit – Beginner – Preferred – Helpful for reviewing plans
