Requirements  
** Required for presentation: must have actual state license board certification in hand, and MS DEA in hand. *
* No cap on rate

Successful completion of an approved residency training program in pediatrics

Board Status:
Board Certification by the American Board of Pediatrics or the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics within five (5) years of post-graduate training.

Experience:

Provision of inpatient service to 24 patients in the past 24 months

References:
Three peer references are required. Specifications include:
One from the residency director or Chief of Medicine/Pediatrics from another hospital where the applicant has been affiliated for the last two years.
Two others must come from primary care physicians who have known the applicant at least two years and are acquainted with the applicant's current professional status, medical practice, and involvement in the field of internal medicine.
