- Newly equipped childrens OR and NICU

- 5 dedicated Pediatric Ophthalmology lanes
- ACGME-Accredited Residency Program:
- Resident assigned to pediatric service
- Residents take first call.
- Participation in pediatric lecture series 6 times per year
- Protected Compensation: $575K comp potential with 2-year guarantee and protection against reimbursement gaps
