NEED:
- Doctor retirements have created the need.
- Looking for two general ANES and a cardiac guy plus CRNAs.PRACTICE:
- Everything is split equally.
- 2 cardiac ANES in place but need a 3rd.
- Cases run on a number system with the highest numbers being relieved from work first.
- Average about 30 hours per week.
- 3 people on call per day. 3rd rarely gets called in.
- Call is NOT in-house 30 min rule.
- Call today is 1:12, but the goal is 1:14.
