💰 Salary Range: $75,000 to $79,000 annually
💵 Estimated Total Cash Compensation: ~$103,000 to $107,000 including allowances

This role supports heavy civil construction and early infrastructure development across Mississippi. Emphasis is placed on field engagement, hazard recognition, and compliance reinforcement.
Qualifications- OSHA 30 preferred
- OSHA 510 preferred
- Exposure to utilities, grading, or infrastructure projects
- Travel flexibility
- Conduct routine site audits
- Lead toolbox talks and field coaching
- Support hazard identification efforts
- Maintain documentation
- Reinforce company safety philosophy

Understanding of OSHA construction regulations and civil construction safety hazards.
