We are seeking two detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst II professionals to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in vendor communication, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The position involves both office-based work and travel for client meetings and facility inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate payment, delivery, scheduling, and organization of purchases.
• Place and manage orders to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Analyze procurement data to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to negotiate and clarify agreement terms.
• Participate in client meetings and conduct facility inspections as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships with professionalism and clarity.
• Comfortable with travel and managing responsibilities across multiple locations.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience in procurement or vendor-client interaction is highly preferred.
• Recent graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
