We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Business Development Representative to be the driving force behind our company's long-term growth. As our Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new strategic opportunities that lead to high-volume, long-term business. Your focus will be on building high-level relationships and creating new market channels, rather than day-to-day sales. You will be a key player in our leadership, providing strategic direction and insights to help us expand our brand and secure major contracts.
RequirementsProven Business Development
Experience:
A track record of identifying and securing large, strategic, and long-term business opportunities.
Exceptional Relationship Building: You'll need an exceptional ability to build rapport and trust with high-level executives and key decision-makers. We are looking for someone who can create and nurture strong, lasting relationships that will be the foundation of our company's growth.
Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop creative, long-term growth strategies.
Strong Negotiation
Skills:
Expertise in negotiating complex contracts and terms. As the first person in this role, you will be responsible for developing and documenting negotiation strategies that the company can use for future hires.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the hospitality, distribution, or a related B2B industry is highly preferred.
Self-Motivated and Autonomous: Ability to work independently and manage a long-term project pipeline with minimal supervision.
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and willingness to travel for business.
