As the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the pre-owned inventory and sales operations – from acquiring quality vehicles to driving sales performance. What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Used Car Manager, or Automotive Sales and/or Finance Manager
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, appraisals, and market trends
- Experience leading and developing a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle department
- Manage inventory, appraisals, and pricing to maximize gross and turn rates
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff while fostering a positive team culture
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed goals
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM standards, and customer satisfaction expectations
