Job SummaryThe Printing Services Coordinator supports the full production lifecycle of printed materials and serves as a liaison between Medical Center units, the Communications and Marketing team and the organization’s printing services vendor. This role assists Medical Center units from concept through delivery and helps manage the flow of all print requests working directly with the Printing Services Supervisor.
Education & ExperienceEducation And Experience
Required:
Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and one (1) year of experience in print production, project coordination, or marketing operations.

Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAdvanced computer skills with knowledge of printing and forms management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, Planner and PowerPoint. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Serve as a point of contact between the Medical Center and external printing vendor(s)
- Maintain project management system and detailed project records
- Review and route print proofs for accuracy, completeness, and branding compliance
- Work with external printing vendor to review and update storefront
- Monitor project timelines and ensure printing jobs stay on schedule.
- Communicate project updates, delays, or issues to internal departments and vendors.
- Obtain and review quotes from printing vendor(s) and ensure costs align with budget expectations.
- Assist with forms management, ensuring versions are current and compliant with organizational standards.
- Ensure consistency with organizational branding and quality standards across all printed materials.
- Assist with monthly billing spreadsheets and billing-related questions
