As a Job Site Clerk/Administrative Assistant, you will provide advanced administrative and operational support to the Director of Commissioning. This role is critical to maintaining organized, accurate, and up‑to‑date project documentation, facilitating seamless communication, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. The expected schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities- Phone Operations:
Answer calls, direct them to the appropriate staff member, and manage messages. - Documentation Management:
Handle delivery tickets, timesheets, and other documents; send to the main office as needed. - Order Processing:
Place orders for supplies, materials, and equipment. - Office Maintenance:
Keep the office environment clean and organized, maintain files, and update logs. - Meeting Support:
Take notes during team meetings and distribute them as directed. - File Organization:
Maintain office files, contracts, and submittals in an organized system.

Ability to organize tasks and files efficiently, maintaining an orderly workspace. - Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with general office equipment (copiers, scanners, label machines, etc.). - Detail‑Oriented:
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions independently. - Physical Requirements:
Capable of performing light physical work, including lifting up to 10 pounds, bending, stooping, and other repetitive movements.
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10‑50 pounds. Requires good hand‑eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information.
The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
