Responsibilities

Prepare case files for Hearing Officers. Input Hearing Officer’s final decision into iManage based upon formal hearing record. Communicate with clients, county offices, and other divisions within the agency. Complete statistical reports of hearings to comply with program and agency rules. Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, work with clients). Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence.

Performing other duties as determined necessary by the agency.

Preferred Qualifications

Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 2-4 years of related experience.
