Water is one of the 3 essential needs for human life. That’s why we specialize in constructing infrastructure to supply clean water and dispose of wastewater for communities throughout the Midwest.

Support the construction of underground water mains, sanitary sewers, and storm sewers with hands‑on work and help keep construction sites safe.

• Ensurea clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Facilitate asmooth workflow by providing necessary materials and equipment
• Maintain project integrity with proper assembly and installation of structures - including cutting and assembling pipe, fittings, and accessories
• Prepare groundwork for the installation of underground utilities and ensure stability and longevity by digging, compacting, and back filling
• Maintaina level and uniform surface for proper drainage and ground conditions by raking, shoveling, grading, and hand mining
• Minimize the risk of accidents and equipment downtime by safely operating and maintaining heavy equipment, machinery, andtools
• Ensure precise and accurate workmanship with the use of small tools including chain saws, cut-off saws, impact wrenches, torches, non-powered hand tools, and measuring tools
• Confirm accuracy and compliance with project alignment and gradespecificationsby measuring materials and grade checking

• You have yourown transportation and a valid driver's license
• Youhave basic reading, writing, and math skills to measure, shoot grade, read and interpret grade stakes, measure and cut materials, calculate grades, read plans, follow installation guides (or the ability to learn how)

• General construction labor experience (underground utilities, even better!)
• Auto/equipment mechanical background
• Welding experience
• CDL license

• Balance -While many heavy civil contractors work their teams 70-80 hours per week, we average 45-50 hours per week and very rarely work weekends

• How much travel can I expect? The amount of travel fluctuates based on where we win the opportunity to do projects. We aim to stay within a 3 hour radius. When traveling, you can expect a 4-day work week. Wepay for lodging, per diem and a weekly dinner
• How will I travel to get to away jobs? You will have the option to travel with the Foreman, receive gas money to drive a carpool, or travel on your own
• Is this seasonal or year round work? Wehaven’t laid off in 3 years, ourgoal is year-round work
• Is there opportunity to grow? There'salways room for growth, and that is based on what you put in, your efforts, attitude, and goals. We offer unlimited online training and also hands-on equipment operation training
• Can I earn overtime? Yes, and we also want you to have a personal life. You can expect to be able to earn 7-8 hours per week over 40
