Mon–Fri 8am to 5pm and rotating on-call. Starting pay is $20–$21 per hour with monthly bonuses.

Position Summary:

The Service Technician is responsible for assisting the Service Manager in all areas of property maintenance. The primary responsibilities of this position include completing apartment turnovers and servicing requests in a timely and courteous manner. Providing service to single family apartments including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, residential painting, appliance repair or troubleshooting, and overall grounds curb side appeal.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 1-year related experience or training.
• Able to work nights and weekends and be available for on call responsibilities.
• Capable of lifting 50lbs.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Able and eager to embody MRD Apartments Core Values daily.
