Shift Schedule

During training: first shift, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.; after training: second shift, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience: Experience in maintenance field is required; minimum 1 year with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fabrication preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work with hand tools and power tools; willingness to learn pipe fitting and welding; basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, metal fabrication, and electrical preferred.
  • Shift Flexibility: Ability to work first shift (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) and second shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.), weekends and overtime are required.
  • Potential to work at heights for a short duration.
Responsibilities
  • Understand and comply with facility safety rules and regulations.
  • Work in a chemical hazardous area with appropriate PPE.
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment (liquid pumps, centrifugal pumps, gears, air motors, valves, actuators, conveyors, HVAC, boilers, air compressors).
  • Create fabricated equipment with or without provided drawings (metal welding, TIG, MIG, stick, metal cutting, plasma, angle grinder).
  • Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunctions and conduct scheduled testing.
  • Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions in production machinery.
  • Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and service.
  • Perform emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic machinery.
  • Maintain cleanliness of machinery and adjacent workplace; create inspection and service schedule.
  • Comply with work orders for service, modification, or installation of machinery; assist the Maintenance Team Lead and other employees as directed.
