• Engage cold/warm leads and discovery call prospects, turning conversations into partnerships.
• Confidently present Limitless programs (Leadership Coaching, Emergent Leaders Program, Team Workshops) with clarity and passion.
• Manage a pipeline, follow up with intention, and drive deals to close.
• Collaborate with our consulting team to align client needs with Limitless solutions.
• Track activity, success rates, and outcomes with transparency.

• Proven success in consultative sales or closing roles (B2B, coaching/consulting, training, or professional services a plus).
• Strong communication skills — you know how to ask powerful questions, listen deeply, and position value.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Growth mindset: resourceful, coachable, and hungry to win.
• Passion for leadership development, people growth, and workplace culture.
