Christoff and Sons Floor Covering Inc. is a full-service floor covering store, offering carpets, vinyl, ceramic tile, hardwood, laminate, area rugs, window treatments, granite tops, and professional carpet and tile cleaning for both commercial and residential customers in mid-Michigan. We now also offer cabinets for kitchens and baths along with professional design services. Our new location is a premier destination for retail shoppers in south Michigan.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Jackson, MI. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their flooring and home improvement needs, providing product knowledge, generating sales, and maintaining store displays. The Sales Associate will also ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

This position includes working with residential walk in customers, main street commercial customers, and builder/remodelers. We are looking for someone who loves helping people.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of floor covering products and home improvement solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with construction and interior design is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
