Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service as the primary responsibility.
- Handle store opening and closing duties.
- Manage merchandising, operational and administrative functions within the store.
- Previous retail supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of Field & Stream, apparel, footwear, exercise, or general athletics products.
- Merchandising skills preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
- Merchandise discount.
- Flexible scheduling.
