The freezer, cooler, and deli stocker role supports operations and customer service in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area. Responsibilities include stocking, maintaining temperature control, and ensuring products are ready for members.

• Maintain safety by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Keep the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with company policies; receive, stock, price, and display merchandise; complete required audits and documentation; manage damaged goods and fragile/high-shrink merchandise.
• Provide Member service: acknowledge customers, locate merchandise, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues.
• Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler areas, including food handling, equipment sanitation, Cold Chain procedures, and reporting issues to Management.
• Support a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic ability to stock and service customers; willingness to adapt to changing scenarios
• Preferred: experience with stocking, customer service, and problem solving
