We’re looking for a Part‑Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 who will help lead the loudest store in the mall. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives such as hitting sales targets, recruiting, and development. You’re a blend of leadership and enthusiasm, able to handle anything that comes your way while driving sales and building lifelong relationships with our customers.

• Support your Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and/or comp sales goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run your store alongside you.
• Serve as the store’s #1 fan—create buzz and customer engagement through promotion of new products, use social media, and promote services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Provide leadership for an operationally sound business, balancing ops, delegation/autonomy, and customer‑first selling practices.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Collaboratively communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to help guide strategy to hit sales targets.
• Merchandise the store in a compelling way, leveraging planograms and launching promos on time.
• In partnership with your Store Manager, develop a high‑performing, customer‑focused team.

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience; a passion for music and pop culture gives you an edge.
• Strong communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising) skills, and a commitment to developing your team.
• Excellent time management, professionalism, and a drive to grow your associates.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; a degree is a plus.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑changing retail environment.
• Basic physical stamina: able to navigate the store, merchandise product using approved equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
