Job Description:

• Perform thorough internal due diligence to ensure the accuracy and completeness of land rights documentation, identifying deficiencies and initiating appropriate curative actions.
• Prepare land?related contracts and agreements using approved templates in accordance with organizational standards.
• Plan and organize workload effectively, adapt to shifting priorities, and perform well under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance in all work performed.

• Strong understanding of a wide range of land?related contracts and agreements used for construction, operation, and maintenance of both new and existing facilities. This includes fee simple acquisitions, rights?of?way, leases, temporary workspace agreements, licenses, permits, and ordinances.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret land legal descriptions accurately.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Right?of?
