You will earn: $38.55 - $43.55 per hour starting rate. Starting wage for RN: $35.15 per hour – $40.15 per hour based on years of certification. PLUS $5.00 per hour for 2nd shift. PLUS $4.00 per hour for 3rd shift. PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay. Yearly wage increases.

Our Registered Nurses are part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess needs and implement care as you deem necessary, utilizing the latest technology and collaborating with a strong interdisciplinary team.
What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:
- A current license to practice as an RN in Michigan; current CPR certification.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
- A high level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to problems concerning well-being.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- A team player who supports teammates and gets the job done.
