Staff Educator (Registered Nurse) - Home Health Care - Full Time - Jackson

Develops and coordinates educational programs for assigned staff, and provides direct care for patients in their place of residence. Acts as a resource person to professional staff members on case load management and the availability of community resources. Monitors the quality of services provided to patients and performs related duties as required.

• Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Requires current licensure in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse.
• Requires a minimum of one (1) year of Home Health Care or Hospice clinical experience.
• Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
• Requires the ability to lift, carry, transport or move patients as needed.
