Join Our Team as a Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Jackson, MI

Required Skills:
- Current and valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active state licensure to practice as a CRNA in Michigan
- Proven experience administering anesthesia across a variety of surgical cases
- Proficiency in monitoring respiratory and neurological status throughout procedures
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols, safety standards, and EMR documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently under supervision and respond effectively to emergent situations
Skills:
- Experience with neurosurgical procedures and spinal anesthesia
- Familiarity with Epic EMR or comparable electronic health record systems
- Knowledge of trauma center protocols and practices
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing Anesthesia or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience, preferably within hospital settings
- Prior experience working in Level II Trauma Centers highly desirable
- Flexible availability for four 10-hour day shifts per week, with no on-call responsibilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a hospital environment
- Willingness to participate in required credentialing processes (estimated 90-120 days)
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with all hospital safety and procedural standards
- Reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and applicable miscellaneous expenses where appropriate
Hourly Pay Rate: $184.25
