Job Description Join a collaborative anesthesia team at a respected hospital in Michigan, providing care across a full patient demographic from pediatrics to geriatrics. As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), you will primarily focus on general surgical cases with opportunities in neurosurgical procedures and spinal anesthesia. This is a supervised role within a hospital-based setting designated as a Level II Trauma Center, with no on-call duties required.

Job Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients
Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases
Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as required
Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout surgeries
Deliver anesthesia under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgical teams
Maintain continuous patient monitoring throughout the perioperative phase
Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and records
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Contribute to approximately 50 surgical cases daily, with rotating operating room assignments
Qualifications Board Certified CRNA
Active MI license
Clean background
ACLS, BLS, PALS through AHA
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
No job gaps
Working Hours Four 10-hour shifts per week
No on-call duties
Skills Proficient in administering anesthesia and managing patient care across all ages
Skilled in spinal, neurosurgical, and general surgical anesthesia procedures
Ability to respond to emergencies and provide effective airway management
Competence in using Epic EMR for documentation
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
