Join our EPIC team at Cascade Senior Care Center! The Unit Manager is a registered nurse responsible for coordinating clinical care of an assigned unit in our 24‑hour operation, ensuring consistent, high‑quality care for all residents.

• Supervise and direct the nursing team, assigning tasks and providing training and evaluations.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct team on skilled care processes and serve as the resource for clinical issues.
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality‑management, etc.).
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service, fostering a positive, healing environment.

• First Shift - Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), including rotating weekends and holidays.
• Must hold current RN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Strong analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans and solve complex problems.
